What kids qualify for CoachArt’s programs?
CoachArt serves U.S. children with a serious physical illness, and their siblings between the ages of 5-18. See a list of qualifying diagnoses here.

What does the commitment look like?
Volunteers commit to coach just four 1-hour lessons, either online or in person. CoachArt covers the cost of materials. You don’t have to be a pro… just be your caring self!

Who can refer families to CoachArt?
Anyone who knows a family impacted by childhood chronic illness can tell them about CoachArt! Often, families hear about us from doctors, nurses, and social workers.
“CoachArt brings fresh, creative activities to patients and families. We are very fortunate to have CoachArt."
Hilary Gan, Child Life Specialist
